1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EduLaluan, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

EduLaluan is an education resource navigator that helps Malaysian students and families discover scholarships, courses, vocational training, and financial aid programs. The service provides:

  • Education resource database
  • Scholarship and financial aid information
  • Community contribution platform
  • User accounts with gamification features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Contributions

Users may submit education resources, financial aid programs, and other content. By submitting content, you:

  • Represent that you have the right to submit such content
  • Grant EduLaluan a license to use, display, and distribute the content
  • Agree that content will be reviewed by moderators
  • Understand that inappropriate content will be removed

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Submit spam or repetitive content

6. Gamification System

EduLaluan includes a points and badges system to reward contributions. You agree that:

  • Points and badges are awarded at EduLaluan's discretion
  • Abuse of the system may result in point removal or account suspension
  • Weekly submission limits apply based on user tier
  • EduLaluan reserves the right to modify the gamification system

7. Intellectual Property

The EduLaluan service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EDULALUAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

EDULALUAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
