About EduLaluan
Our Mission
EduLaluan ("Education Path" in Malay) is a smart education resource navigator designed to empower Malaysian communities by connecting them with the right educational opportunities.
We believe that access to education should not be limited by economic circumstances. Our platform helps B40, M40, and T20 families discover scholarships, free courses, vocational training, and financial aid programs tailored to their needs.
Understanding Income Groups
B40 - Bottom 40%
Households with monthly income below RM4,850. These families often face the most significant barriers to education and benefit from free and subsidized programs.
M40 - Middle 40%
Households with monthly income between RM4,850 - RM10,970. This group benefits from a mix of subsidized and market-rate educational opportunities.
T20 - Top 20%
Households with monthly income above RM10,970. While they may have more financial flexibility, many resources and opportunities are still available to them.
How to Contribute
EduLaluan is an open-source project. We welcome contributions from the community to help expand our resource database and improve the platform.
