What is bullying?
Bullying is when someone hurts you on purpose, again and again.
Types of bullying:
- 💪 Hitting, pushing (physical)
- 💬 Mean words, name-calling (verbal)
- 👥 Leaving you out (social)
- 📱 Mean messages online (cyber)
What to do if bullied:
- Stay calm
- Walk away
- Tell teacher or parents
- Don't fight back
If you see bullying:
- Don't join in
- Be kind to the person being bullied
- Tell adult
- Don't be a bystander
Remember:
- It's not your fault
- You deserve to be safe
- Telling is not tattling
