What is EIS?

EIS (Employment Insurance System) or SIP (Sistem Insurans Pekerjaan) helps workers who lose their jobs. It provides money and job search support.

Who contributes?

  • You: 0.2% of salary
  • Employer: 0.2% of salary

Benefits you can get:

How to claim:

  1. Register: Go to PERKESO office within 60 days of job loss
  2. Bring documents: Termination letter, IC, bank details
  3. Attend briefing: EIS orientation session
  4. Apply for jobs: Must show proof of job applications
